I like the magazine but the app doesn’t seem to be capable of holding all of its own magazines?? Every time I open in I get an insufficient space error and I’ve removed a bunch of magazine downloads (which is a bummer because they are slow to re-download) Overall it’s not a very smooth app but it’s fine and does the job

I cannot find out how to cancel my subscription. This app does not give any customer service assistance for cancellations. This is so frustrating!!!

Magazine issues that have been purchased suddenly show requiring payment again. No response after requesting help many times.

The app quit downloading the newest issue. I need my money back since I have 5 months of subscription left or fix the app!

The app is fine, but it would be helpful if you displayed the table of contents for each magazine so we know exactly what we are buying. Thanks!

Great content and lots of it. The only complaint is I wish there was a search function.

Once i opened the app it immediately wanted payment.

This app doesn’t work when you purchase through I tunes. I bought the subscription and a past issue and have not been able to look at them at all!!! Don’t waist you money!!!!!!

I love this magazine. It’s always full of great patterns and interesting articles about designers. I own every single issue and I just hope I can make all the things I have on my to-do list.

Thank you for spreading sunshine to my life. I am in my 80’s and getting ideas from your magazine for projects enhance my life. I purchase when there is a special or sale. Only wish I could purchase more.

I love this magazine, and look forward to every issue. In the past I’ve had problems whenever the app is updated. This time it happened again. All of my first year’s purchases have been removed. The app wants me to repurchase all the magazines I bought under the first app. Also, in this new version, I can no longer include notes on my new bookmarks, thus making it confusing as to when I am bookmarking a shawl pattern or a new crochet motif. This is very annoying, and I hope you change it back. So, now how do I get back my magazines?

I love the patterns much better than most US pattern books. But the app does have problems.

I want to read this magazine. But, the app itself is so buggy that it has a mind of its own. Then it crashes. I can’t even use it.

You can't print in the new app. Regular subscription issues transfer okay from the old app, but forget about any special issues you've purchased. Customer support has no answer and has not responded for several days. I won't be renewing my digital subscription.

I’ve loved every issue I’ve received and have found it to be a great source of technique knowledge and pattern inspiration.

I love this magazine and get it here in the US. I went ahead and purchased the back issues electronically. I just wish there was a good option to get the print and digital version in one subscription. The patterns are more modern and fun and less "grannyish".

I love the content, but the app has so many bugs. Every time I open it, I am prompted to enter my password, and then get frequent pop-up alerts that I can only purchase it once even though I’m not trying to purchase anything. I also feel that the bookmarks function could be further refined, allowing for re-ordering or organizing saved pages.

I have never had ANY problems with the app, nor have I had any problems I LOVE the magazine, and am so glad to have the app, which makes the magazine much more easily accessed.

Cute patterns every month!

Several of my issues will not open. When I tap the issue I get a black screen that shows 0% and stays there. Everything on my iPhone and iPad is current/up to date. I've tried reaching out to tech support but get no answer. I am very disappointed.

Wonderful variety of fun patterns

I was so excited to find this app. I decided to pick up my crochet hooks again and couldn't locate all of my old patterns. The variety and information is wonderful.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Issues with the app become my problem to resolve, costing way too much of my time.

This app has the potential to be awesome; Except it never works! Freezes when I attempt to open it. Signed up for the Free 60 days. It's been 20 and I haven't even been able to open it to utilize it. Constantly sending me notifications to try the 60 day trial (that I already signed up for). Ready to delete the app & lose the magazines I did pay for to save me the aggravation.

Purchased issues and special issues from the old app are not available in the new app. When the old app is accessed a pop up message instructs you to create an account and download the new app. Once the new app is downloaded, purchases from the old app are supposed to transfer over. After numerous attempts this has not happened. I am not purchasing any more issues until this is resolved.

I don't know what the problem is but most of the time it freezes when I try to open it. I have a subscription but I am thinking very seriously about canceling it. I can't get into the ones I've purchased let alone download the new ones. This hasn't always been a problem and isn't with other apps only Simply Knitting and Simply Crochet. Please fix the issue.

This magazine has cute and easy patterns plus great interviews with makers and the latest trends!

I've been crocheting for4yrs and find this magazine to be the best one. It's full of fun and great patterns and ideas. And is loaded with information to help not only a beginner but all who want to crochet.

I love this magazine! So many inspirational ideas!

I was someone who could do basic crochet, but I recently decided to step up my game. One of the first, and best, resources I picked up was Simply Crochet. I've never had trouble going back and forth from US to U.K. as the patterns are very straightforward. Hoping to go all in for a full subscription in the very near future.

It's a good app for a great magazine. Easy to navigate. Great patterns.

Love the way they include detailed pictures for each project.
